Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible for you.

Returns (Physical Products)

If you’re not completely satisfied with your physical product (e.g., hoodies), you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original packaging and tags.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at enquiry@savvyhelpers.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Please securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we offer exchanges for the same product (subject to availability).

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.
  • The returned item must be in new condition with tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. You will be responsible for return shipping, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) at no additional cost to you.

Digital Products

Please note that digital products (e.g., downloadable files, digital courses) are non-refundable. Once purchased and delivered, digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to the nature of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Custom or personalised items (unless they are faulty).
  • Digital products, as mentioned above.
