It’s entirely up to you. Your helper will adapt to your prefer method, be it emails or using a tool such as ClickUp, Slack, Trello or Asana.
Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and payable by standing order or GoCardless direct debit (other payment methods available on request).
Once you’ve used your hours for the month, your helper will stop work until next month, unless you book additional hours.
You will always be kept in the loop, and you’ll never be charged for anything we haven’t agreed on upfront.
We ask that you stick with us for 3 months in order to fully feel the benefits of our services. After the initial 3-month term you can cancel at any time by giving one month’s notice in writing. I understand businesses change, priorities change, and sometimes you get so big you need full-time in-house support.
